The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Kwara State, Engr. Sulaiman Bolakale Kawu, will on Thursday, November 12, unveil his campaign manifesto titled ‘My Covenant with Kwara’ ahead of the 2027 governorship election.

The manifesto unveiling will take place at Arca Santa Event Centre, Ilorin, the state capital, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

A statement issued on Tuesday by the Director General of the Kwara PDP 2027 Campaign Organisation, Prince Omar Bolaji Gambari, says the event is expected to attract a wide range of stakeholders from across the state.

Those expected include religious leaders, community and town associations, students, youth and women groups, labour leaders, artisans, marketers, transport operators, members of the business community, academics, professionals and media practitioners.

According to the statement, the unveiling will provide the PDP candidate with an opportunity to present his vision, policy priorities and proposed programmes for the development of Kwara State to the electorate.

It describes the manifesto as a covenant between Engr. Kawu and the people of Kwara, outlining his commitments and proposed development agenda if elected governor in 2027.

Prince Gambari urged invited guests, stakeholders and members of the public to attend the event, describing the manifesto unveiling as a significant milestone in the party’s preparations for the 2027 governorship election.
