Cleric Admonishes Nigerians To Tolerate One Another For Positive Development
As Nigeria celebrates its 64th Independence Anniversary, the citizens have been urged to be patriotic, love and tolerant one another for the country to be great.
Sheikh Khaleel Soro-two of Omo Hiya College of Arabic and Islamic Studies, Isale Koko, Oja Gboro, Ilorin gave the advice in a Jumaat sermon today.
Sheikh Khaleel Soro-two glorified Almighty Allah on the country’s 64th Independence journey so far, calling on the citizens to be patriotic and tolerant.
The Imam called on Nigerians to see themselves as one indivisible entity irrespective of ethics, cultural and religion differences.
He also admonished the people to desist from cursing leaders at all levels, but rather they should be given maximum support with fervent prayers for them to succeed.
Sheikh Khaleel Soro-two noted that leaders could only give their best in developing the nation through the support and prayers of the masses.
The Imam of Omo Hiya Mosque, Isale Koko, Ilorin offered special prayers for leaders in the country be guided and upright in successful paddling of the affairs of the nation.
