
Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has described former Head of Service, the late Mrs. Susan Oluwole as an exemplary leader who embodied diligence, integrity, and service to the people.
At the Service of Songs ceremony held in her honour, Governor AbdulRazaq, who was represented by his Deputy, Elder Kayode Alabi, praised Mrs. Oluwole’s wisdom, professionalism, and sense of responsibility, noting that her impact on the Civil Service remains indelible and her legacy will inspire future generations.
“As we pay our last respects to a remarkable and dedicated public servant, and a pillar of our civil service, I’ll like to say that her passing is not just a loss to her immediate family, but also to the entire State, public service and everyone who had the privilege of working with her.”
The Governor, while extending his condolences to Mrs. Oluwole’s family, colleagues, friends, and associates, acknowledged that words cannot fully ease the pain of the loss but hoped they find comfort in the knowledge that she was deeply respected and her contributions will never be forgotten.

A former Head of Service, Alhaji Salman Ibrahim, who remembered Mrs. Oluwole for her loyalty, enthusiasm, and dedication, highlighted her contributions to the state civil service, particularly during her 7-year tenure.
Chairman of the Association of Retired Permanent Secretaries, Prince Ayo Fagbemi, described Mrs. Oluwole as a true embodiment of professionalism, integrity, and dedication. .
Childhood friends and classmates of Mrs. Oluwole, including Adefunke Oyinloye and Mrs. Opeyemi Oladipupo, eulogized her virtues, mental capacity, and excellent service delivery.

The family of the deceased, represented by Barrister Rotimi Bello, thanked Governor AbdulRazaq and others for their support.
