Al-Hikmah Sets To Establish University Of Agriculture Igbaja
Al-Hikmah University of Agriculture, Igbaja, Kwara State will soon be established.
The Vice Chancellor, Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, Professor Noah Yusuf disclosed this at the Press Briefing of the 20th Anniversary and 14th Convocation Ceremony of the institution held at the School auditorium in Ilorin.
Prof. Yusuf explained that the move was borne out of the University’s commitment to rejuvenate agriculture and harness its potential for the development of Nigeria.
Meanwhile, A total of 2,211 Students, are graduating from Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin for the 2023//2024 academic session with 47 First Class Division, 736 Second Class Upper Division, 886 Second class Lower, and 79 Third Class division.
On the Tax Reform Bills before the National Assembly, the Vice Chancellor maintained that it is a welcome development, if the bills will address multiple taxation which is affecting businesses and provide succor to low income earning Nigerians.
