Members of the Nation Youth Service Corps, NYSC have been advised to embrace financial literacy and display a high level of maturity in their daily activities.
The NYSC Director of the North West Area Office, Kaduna, Mr. Kehinde Cole, gave the advice in an address to 2024 Batch B, Stream Two Corps members at Kwara State Orientation Camp, Yikpata.
Mr Cole urged them to avoid frivolous expenses and think of legitimate ways to earn extra income, emphasizing that skills acquisition training should not end on camp and cautioned them against embarking on night journeys throughout their service year and beyond.
The NYSC, North West Area Director, however, conveyed the Scheme’s Director-General’s goodwill message to the Corps members.
