Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has visited Kaiama Local Government Area of the state over the recent bandit attacks on the people.
He was accompanied by top security commanders including the General Officer Commanding 2 Division of the Nigerian Army, Major General Obinna Onubogu.
The Governor was received by the Emir of Kaiama, Alhaji Muazu Shehu Omar Bagidi Kiyaru the fourth and other top community leaders.
At the palace of the Emir of Kaiama, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq strongly warned the violent nonstate actors to leave the Kainji National Park immediately.
the Governor also commiserated with the Emir on the attacks on members of vigilantes in Kemanji area as the criminals flee the recent military operations in the Park.
In recent times, a bandit group known as Mahmuda has been terrorising people of Kemanji, Nanu, Nuku and other axis where some villagers and vigilantes were killed by the group.
