
The Executive Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government, Hadji Abdulrasheed Femi Yusuf, has visited Alhikmah University, Igbaja campus and communities affected by the heavy rainstorm in Ifelodun Local Government.
This was confirmed in a statement made available to HarmonyFM by the Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman, Abdulquadri Jimba.

Hadji Femi Yusuf went on the inspection tour alongside the Dean, Faculty of Agriculture at Al-Hikmah University, Igbaja, where some structures including classrooms, solar panels, the school farm, and canteen were extensively affected by the rainstorm.
He also visited Igbaja township where some residential buildings suffered varying degree of impacts to the downpour.

The Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government Area sympathized with the founder of Alhikmah University, Chief Abdulraheem Oladimeji Amoo, and members of the affected communities in Adio, Alegongo, Bayangan Ile, Igbaja, and other areas within Ifelodun Local Government.

Hadji Femi Yusuf assured the people of swift action from both the Federal and Kwara State Governments to support the affected areas and introduce measures to prevent future occurrence.
