Kwara South All Progressive Congress, (APC) Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency, stakeholders have called for more attention to insecurity situations affecting the senatorial district.

This formed the major discussion at the meeting to chat a way forward for Kwara South Development, convened by an APC Chieftain and a House of Representatives apiritant, Mr Ademola Samad, held in Ilorin on Saturday.

The event themed “renewed hope agenda for Ifelodun, Offa, and Oyun”, brought together APC party leaders, youth and women groups and community elders, to map a common development agenda ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In his opening address, Samad noted the need for more decisive investment into the security architecture of the state, particularly across kwara South, to ensure security of lives and property.

He stressed that sustainable development of the district depends on unity, grassroots empowerment, and purposeful representation at the national level.

The House of Representatives aspirant presented a blueprint proposal to the audience, focusing on infrastructural development, expanding youth and women empowerment programmes to curb unemployment.

He pledged to work closely with the party leaders in the district to strengthening internal cohesion among members.

Radio Nigeria Harmony FM reports that reports that there were good messages from traditional and religious leaders present and the APC leaders from the Kwara South Senatorial District .
