
Chairman of a non-governmental organization, Dr. Lanre Dele Shittu, has called on wealthy individuals and corporate bodies to join hands in supporting vulnerable members of the society.
Speaking with newsmen in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, Dr. Lanre Shittu emphasized the importance of collective efforts in addressing the needs of the less privileged.
He noted that his foundation has consistently provided support in the area of education, irrespective of gender, ethnicity, or language barriers.

According to him, the foundation is committed to putting smiles on the faces of people and will not rest on its oars until every vulnerable person feels a sense of belonging.
Dr. Shittu also revealed that arrangements have been concluded for the provision of healthcare facilities and the establishment of skills acquisition centers across the three senatorial districts of Kwara State.
He clarified that all programmes initiated by the foundation are non-political, and beneficiaries will be identified through a network of volunteers distributed across the state’s local government areas.
Dr. Lanre Dele Shittu reaffirmed the foundation’s dedication to sustainable development and urged all stakeholders to contribute meaningfully to the welfare of the disadvantaged.
