
The remains of the late Oludofian of Idofian, Oba Muhammed Jamiu Olanrewaju Adedamola Omikunle II, have been laid to rest amidst tears by members of the community.
The Janazah prayer was coordinated by Chief Imams of Idofian, Igbaja, Amoyo and Shehu Muhydeen Hassan.

The burial was attended by dignitaries from all walks of life including the traditional rulers, Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government, Adji Femi Yusuf, religion and union leaders, as well as the members of the community.
Oba Muhammed Jamiu Olanrewaju Adedamola Omikunle II, died barely a year and six months after his official installation as the Oludofian of Idofian.

His brief reign on the throne left a notable impact, especially in fostering communal harmony and preserving local traditions.
The late monarch would be remembered by many for his humility, spiritual devotion, and commitment to cultural development in Ifelodun and beyond.

Meanwhile, condolences have started pouring in from Royal fathers, government officials, and members of the community.
