The Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State, Alhaji Femi Yusuf, has presented a budget of Eight Billion, Seven Hundred and Eighty-Two Million, Two Hundred and Seventy Thousand, Nine Hundred and Sixty-Four Naira to the Ifelodun Legislative Council for the 2025 appropriation year.
Presenting the budget before the council, Alhaji Yusuf described it as a comprehensive financial plan aimed at driving development and improving the quality of life of residents.
He highlighted key focus areas of the budget to include security, agriculture, infrastructure, education, and healthcare, as critical to achieving the administration’s growth targets.
The Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government Area stressed that the budget reflects the administration’s commitment to inclusive growth, ensuring that resources are well allocated to address the more pressing needs of the people.
Alhaji Yusuf called on the legislative council to give the budget swift consideration and approval to enable timely implementation.
