Oludofian Charges Residents On Safety Measures To Guard Against Fire Outbreaks.
The people of Idofian in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State have been enjoined to adopt safety measures to guard against fire outbreaks.
The Oludofian of Idofian, Oba Olanrewaju Adedamola Omikunle gave the advice while speaking with Radio Nigeria – Harmony FM in Idofian on various incidences of fire disaster in parts of the state.
Oba Olanrewaju Adedamola Omikunle, who described the fire incidents as a will of God, however called for cautions by all residents, advising them to always apply precautionary measures to avert fire outbreak.
He noted that harmattan period is associated with high incidents of fire outbreak, hence the need for everyone to be conscious of their activities and do away with acts that could lead to fire disasters.
The Oludofian of Idofian sympathised with all the victims of fire disaster in the state and beyond, praying God to repay them for their various losses.
Oba Olanrewaju Adedamola Omikunle also appealed to Government at all levels to come to the aid of the victims to alleviate suffering.
